This was my crew back in 2006…17 years ago! To the left of me is Stephen Bolduc owner and co-founder of Bolduc Smiley & Associates. The BEST traffic engineering firm in town! I was honored to work alongside Arizona’s finest! It was 17 years ago I realized the value of a small business with ❤️ heart! This is where the seed of what would one day be Lōkahi was planted. Yes Lōkahi is only 3 years old but it took many many years of inspiration, watching and growing before it was time!
