The proposed Watermark Residential apartments provides a great opportunity for the development of a stand-alone multifamily community that can serve as a transitional buffer between single-family residential properties and commercial shopping center for the San Tan Valley. The community would provide 312 units along Gary Road and incorporate community gathering spaces, open space, and pedestrian access to the adjacent retail area.
